Opus Project Center

Client enters new project request into
"New Opus Project Form" online at www.opuscreativestudio.com/projectcenter.htm.

Formal design quote is presented (if requested) for approval.

After design quote approval, Opus will enter the new project details into "Opus Basecamp". Client may choose not to use Basecamp.

Draft dates and feedback dates are posted in Basecamp or based on the date the project is needed.

If printing and mailing is needed, printing and fulfillment estimates are requested by Opus based on details and quantities provided by client. Estimates are posted to Opus Basecamp within 3-4 business days of receiving details from client.

Once a final draft is submitted, project goes through clients compliance department for approval (if needed).

Project goes though quality control check-list to verify all content/dates/details are correct and approved for printing.

Upon compliance and quality control check-list approval, Opus will submit project to print based on provided printing estimate.

Opus will coordinate proof approval and printing details.

Project is finished and billed out on Opus design invoice. Separate Opus printing invoice will be sent out for any printing or mailing costs associated with the project.

Project is archived in Opus Basecamp for future access to project details and files.
