Opus Creative Studio, Inc. was founded in 2004. We have been very fortunate to provide design services to a diverse group of businesses and organizations across the United States, both large and small. We have gained a vast amount of industry experience doing design work for the financial community, product packaging industry, small businesses and corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and more. Each of our clients are very different, and each project has its own set of challenges. However, the solution to these projects always remains the same–one that is intuitive, professional, and done with a passion for quality.

| Pete founded Opus Creative Studio, Inc. in 2004, upon graduating from Eastern Illinois University. The following year he married his wife Jenny, and they now have five children together: Sophie, Amelia, Oliver, Molly, and Greta. He is an active board member of the Rock River Valley Pantry, Northern Illinois' largest community food pantry, where he serves on the fundraising committee. He is also a member of the Cosmopoltian Club, an international service group that fights diabetes. Aside from art and design, he enjoys running, taking his kids to the bike path in Rockford, going on family camping trips in his classic 1976 GMC "Palm Beach" motorhome (when it doesn't break down), and simply figuring out the day-to-day challenges that come with a large, but young, family. |
Jonathan began doing freelance intermittently for Opus Creative Studio in 2005, after completing his graduate studies in art at Eastern Illinois University. He first met Pete as a sophomore at Eastern, while taking a printmaking class. The two became fast friends, quickly realizing how their creative processes complimented each other. Jonathan now works primarily for Opus, helping wherever he is needed. When he's not doing design work, Jonathan is spending time on his small farm with his wife, Mandi, and their four children: Luke, Annie, Ava, and Scarlett. He's also very active in his church, playing bass and singing in the praise band, as well as co-leading a Bible study. Recently, he became a member of the Crossroads Beekeepers, where he learns how to acquire, maintain, and protect his growing collection of bees. |
